Now that’s out the way, let me give yall the 411 on me. I’m your host with the most Maal 3eighteen, and I reside in the dirty dirty south (Louisiana to be exact), and I’m here to bring yall some funky, fresh, fly, and flavorful recipes that I concocted throughout the years of doing my thing in the kitchen. I first got into cooking by helping my moms when I was a young buck and it grew into a passion that has followed me into my adult years. When I was in college, to earn some extra cash, I would slang (sale) hot lunches on weekends at barbershops and car dealership around my city. I come from a long line of great cooks and I adopted some of their recipes and put my own twist to them and I also have recipes that I just went off the brain with (improvised) and it became a hit in my city. I’m going to be sharing those recipes with yall and hope that they can be a big hit in yall household too.
